Consultation
OAL is dedicated to providing the best system for each customers application. Our 48 years of experience gives us an accumulation of knowledge about processing different types of products and materials. We have tested thousands of products and manufactured systems for many industries. Initial discussion covers all product and production parameters in detail to ensure that we have a full understanding of your system requirements.

Evaluation and Quotation
After specifications have been determined, OAL will evaluate all the data, provide testing in our laboratory and determine the most efficient design for your application. Based on specifications, OAL will provide a detailed quotation which includes choice of: systems, configurations, controls and options for all your production requirements. Quotations also include recommendations for energy efficiency, economy, reliability, serviceability, ease of operation, safety, and future expansion.

Engineering and Manufacturing
OAL's new modular systems take full advantage of the most modern and cost saving manufacturing techniques. This enables OAL to offer both standard and custom systems at competitive prices. CAD & CNC equipment ensures precise fit and finish along with high quality welding, finishing and fabrication. Since OAL recognizes the importance of minimizing down-time in your manufacturing process, all component parts are designed for easy access and replacement.

Assembly and Testing
OAL's experienced technicians and cost saving techniques all contribute to an efficient assembly process. Once assembly is complete, each system is thoroughly tested to ensure proper operation and performance to OAL's high standards. Then, and only then, does a system receive our OAL nameplate, a recognized symbol of performance, quality and reliability.

Documentation
Complete documentation is provided with each system. Documentation includes unpacking directions, operating instructions, troubleshooting, parts list, recommended stock replacement parts, installation drawings, wiring diagrams/schematics. OAL also maintains complete manufacturing documentation of each system for future reference. With our new modular systems, expansion or modification to accommodate new products or requirements can now be easily implemented.
