SBO Steam Tunnels:
Versatile, adjustable and very accurate steam heat tunnels for precise shrink of intricate, full sleeve labels and combo-packs. Standard and custom sizes available.

New generation of steam heat shrink tunnels for precision shrinking of intricate containers and labels. Adjustable steam manifolds allow these shrink tunnels to be fine tuned to meet the most demanding shrink finish standards at virtually any speed.

Advantages:

• Low temperature shrink (200oF), excellent for heat sensitive containers (plastic, cardboard, etc.).
• Excellent heat transfer for precision shrink finish on simple and complex containers and label graphics.
• Superior shrink finish.
• Economical to operate.

1. SBO-6/9/60-4L: Opening is 6" wide x 9" tall x 60" long, Steam requirement: 15 psi @ 220# / hour. Throughput capacity: *150-250 cpm/tunnel.
2. SBO-8/13/60-8L: Opening is 8" wide x 13" tall x 60" long,
     Steam requirement: 15 psi @ 220# / hour. Throughput capacity: *150-250 cpm/tunnel.
CPM (containers per minute) are estimates only. Number may increase or decrease, depending on container configuration, materials, ambient/fill temperatures, etc.
