Heat Shrink Tunnels for Tamper Evident Bands, Full Sleeves Labels, Preforms & Combo-packs

FIRO/RE Tunnels:
Versatile, adjustable and very accurate recirculating heat tunnels for precise shrink of tamper-evident bands, full sleeve labels and combo-packs. Standard and custom sizes available.

The base system includes an all stainless steel shrink tunnel, high efficiency dual recirculating blower design, adjustable airflow, adjustable heater element locations, TCD-65 digital time proportional temperature control with solid state contactor and semiconductor fuses. Adjustment of heater element locations and airflow slides allow these shrink tunnels to be set up for a wide variety of applications. Standard tunnel voltages are 208-240v/3 phase or 440-480v/3 phase. Other voltages and wattages are available upon request. Optional MB2 mounting brackets are available to attach shrink tunnel to your conveyor.
