CST Tunnels:
New generation of recirculating heat shrink tunnels for precision shrinking of neckbands and capsules. Adjustable rotating airflow disks allow these shrink tunnels to be fine tuned to meet the most demanding shrink finish standards at virtually any speed.

The base system includes an all stainless steel shrink tunnel, high efficiency recirculating blower design with adjustable airflow disks, TCD-65 digital time proportional temperature control with solid state contactor and semiconductor fuses. External adjustment of airflow disks allows these shrink tunnels to be fine tuned to even the most difficult shrink specifications. Rated 208-240v/3 phase, 12.0 Kw @ 240v. Other voltages and wattages are available upon request. Optional MB2 mounting brackets are available to attach shrink tunnel to your conveyor (as shown). Adjustable stands are also available; see reverse side for details.

1. CST-4/6/36-6: Includes six adjustable rotating disks in the first half of the shrink tunnel and an adjustable diagonal slot in the second half for shrink finishing.

2. CST-4/6/36-12: Includes six adjustable rotating disks in the first half of the shrink tunnel and six adjustable disks in the second half for shrink finishing.
